Bibliography and Source Guide
This page identifies major source categories used across Pre-Trib Truth. Individual articles should cite the sources most relevant to their specific claims.
Biblical Texts and Language Tools
- The Holy Bible in major formal and mediating English translations.
- Standard Greek lexicons and grammars for New Testament word studies.
- Concordance and cross-reference tools used to compare prophetic passages in context.
Prophecy and Rapture Views
- Representative pre-tribulation, post-tribulation, pre-wrath, mid-tribulation, and partial-preterist works are consulted so objections can be stated fairly.
- Articles distinguish direct biblical argument from historical or theological inference.
Church-History and Origin Questions
- Primary-source claims should be checked against the original text where possible, especially for Darby, Pseudo-Ephraem, Morgan Edwards, Ribera, Lacunza, Irving, and early-church writers.
- Historical claims should avoid overstating what a source proves about the fully developed modern pre-tribulation system.
